Job Summary
Room Attendant cleans guest rooms and public spaces in Sonesta White Plains properties in accordance with brand standards, may work in the commercial laundry facility, and ensures total guest satisfaction by following Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards. Responsibilities include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, handling laundry duties (operating washers/dryers, sorting linens), reporting repairs, minimizing waste, supporting deep cleaning, and promoting teamwork.
