Job Summary
Clean guest rooms and replenish supplies to hotel standards, including changing bed linens, stocking amenities, and maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms, corridors, and public areas. Update daily assignment sheets and report maintenance issues to the supervisor, participate in deep cleaning per program, and handle Lost & Found items per procedures. Maintain safety and security practices, follow housekeeping policies, and assist with general tasks as needed. Must be able to stand and maneuver for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 250 lbs, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. High attention to detail and strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand primary language used in workplace (likely English)
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
