Room Attendant

Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests; duties include greeting guests, changing bed linen, restocking towels and bathroom amenities, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning public areas, reporting maintenance issues, updating room status on the assignment board, and adhering to health and safety rules. Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; prior hotel housekeeping experience and brand-specific familiarity are a plus; a pre-employment background check is required.
