Job Summary
Greet guests, respond to requests, and maintain a healthy, safe environment in guest rooms. Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture. Empty trash containers, clean public areas like corridors, and restock cleaning carts. Report technical issues and maintenance needs, update room statuses on the assignment board, and attend required meetings. Follow all health and safety rules. Prior experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant preferred
- Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions
- Experience cleaning in a customer focused environment
- Experience with specific Brand as it applies
- Pre-employment background check required
