Job Summary
Replenish room amenities including towels, linens, and amenities while anticipating and responding to guest needs. Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms by vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, and emptying trash. Report maintenance issues or items left by guests to the appropriate department and adhere to hotel safety and emergency procedures. Maintain high cleanliness standards and work independently to ensure each room setup meets required specifications. This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and working primarily 1st shift between 8am and 5pm with weekend availability. Candidates must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 20 lbs. often housekeeper carts can weigh more than 40 lbs. or more to push, pull.
- Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions, up to majority of scheduled shift.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus his/her cleaning responsibilities, ensuring that each room set up is completed as required by the property.
- Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Prior relative experience

- Must be at least 16 years of age for most positions within our properties, however some may require a minimum age of 18 depending on responsibilities, hours, as well as local/state/federal laws.
