Job Summary
Clean guestrooms by making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping floors while ensuring bathrooms are stocked and sanitized. Replace guest supplies, remove trash and debris, and restock linen carts according to SOPs. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to service requests, and report maintenance issues or room items requiring removal. Complete deep cleaning projects and return carts at shift end. Turn over lost and found items to the supervisor and adhere to safety standards and 4 Keys service protocols. Work flexible shifts with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods. Minimum three months housekeeping experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months experience in housekeeping or relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational
- Must have the ability to push, pull bend, squat and lift on a regular basis up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
- Follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Exert physical effort in transporting up to 50 pounds
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
