Job Summary
Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival and maintain common areas of the hotel. Perform laundry duties as necessary, stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms, and ensure a high level of customer service by assisting guests with requests and questions. Report any damages or repairs needed to management and turn in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager. Join the opening team at the new AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown to help bring both brands to life.
Required Qualifications
- comfortable communicating with guests
- comfortable communicating with Housekeeping staff
- Teamwork among all housekeeping staff
- ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position
