Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for arrival, maintain common areas, and perform laundry duties as needed. Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms while ensuring high customer service by assisting guests with requests and answering questions. Report any room damages or repairs to management and turn in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager. Communicate effectively with guests and housekeeping staff to execute daily tasks efficiently.
