Job Summary
Clean guest rooms when vacated and stay-over rooms after 9:30 a.m., using correct chemicals per OSHA regulations and Resort policies. Transport carts with supplies to assigned rooms, thoroughly clean all areas, and ensure security of any guest room. Report deficiencies, maintenance problems, or damaged equipment to the Manager or Room Inspector, and handle guest complaints following proper procedures. Maintain a lost and found log, secure guest items in locked storage, and ensure all cleaning equipment remains in good working condition. Work Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all departmental policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Gaming Class
- Gaming License
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning
- Efficient and productive in performing cleaning tasks
- Dependable, reliable, and accountable
- Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Ability to perform repetitive motion from cleaning and folding
- Ability to crouch, crawl, and kneel
- Ability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights
- Thursday - Sunday (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
- Friday - Sunday (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
