Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and staff offices by removing debris, replacing linens and amenities, and inspecting furniture for damages. Empty trash containers, dust all surfaces including mirrors, windows, and electronics, and adjust furniture to match floor plans. Treat fixtures with appropriate products per standard procedures, ensuring correct towel placement and hanger organization. Remove dirty laundry, restock mini bars, and report any furniture tears or stains to supervisors immediately. Work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy, maintaining pristine accommodations while following uniform guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Has a strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality
- Guest service oriented
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hour and requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position
- Flexible schedule - ability to work a variety of shifts
