Job Summary
Conduct daily room cleaning, restock guest supplies, and replace linens while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and repairing minor wall or furniture damage. Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties are completed before checkout. Approach guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain proper grooming and uniform compliance. Work flexible shifts to meet hotel needs, complying with all safety and operational regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
