Job Summary
Maintain guest corridor, elevator, and stairwell cleanliness while ensuring all assigned areas meet hygiene and tidiness standards. Empty trash, replace linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms using correct chemicals per OSHA regulations. Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints, and ensure room key security. Transport carts with supplies and linens, update room status in the system, and restock at shift's end. Report damages and turn over lost items. Work any day of the week with minimal supervision.
