Room Attendant

Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities. Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are properly stocked, report deficiencies to the supervisor, and perform deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets and sanitizing fixtures. Greet guests courteously, respond promptly to requests, and relay maintenance issues or special preferences to the appropriate departments. Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations while following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately. Prior housekeeping experience and customer service skills are preferred.
