Room Attendant

Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities. Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are properly stocked, report deficiencies to the supervisor, and perform deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets and sanitizing fixtures. Greet guests courteously while respecting privacy, respond promptly to requests, and report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately. Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth operations and communicate room status and guest preferences effectively. Follow all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a secure environment. This role requires extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting, with physical accommodations available as needed.
