Job Summary
Service assigned guest rooms and common areas by thoroughly cleaning all surfaces, floors, and furnishings. Restock approved supplies, change linens on every bed, and fully sanitize bathrooms including vanities, toilets, and floors. Vacuum hallways and public spaces, remove debris, empty vacuums, and dispose of trash. Check room features such as televisions, remotes, smoke detectors, and HVAC units for functionality; clean HVAC filters and ice buckets as assigned. Report maintenance or repair concerns immediately and handle master keys securely. Organize housekeeping carts and storage areas while adhering to safety procedures.
