Job Summary
Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and inspect appliances. Organize linen closets and prepare carts for your shift. Greet guests you encounter with a friendly smile. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. This role requires previous hotel housekeeping experience, basic English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must stand and walk for an entire shift with a flexible schedule covering days, nights, holidays, and weekends. MCR operates over 22,000 guestrooms across 37 states.
Required Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to move, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions
- Attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
- A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
Desired Qualifications
