Room Attendant

Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms and bathrooms to standard demonstrated by supervisory staff; performs AM and PM duties including linen and towel removal, bed making, turndown service, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, window and mirror upkeep, and arrangement of toiletries; ensures correct placement of clothing, linens, and amenities, and handles guest requests; maintains Do Not Disturb policy and adheres to Mandarin Oriental service philosophy; organizes supply areas and ensures guest satisfaction aligned with the brand's Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences.
