Job Summary
Room Attendant responsible for cleaning guest rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry; must communicate with guests and staff, restock linens, report room status and any damages, and perform deep cleaning periodically. Requires adherence to brand standards, safety, and professionalism with strong customer service skills; experience in hospitality environments and the ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual Spanish/English ability recommended; high school diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or high school equivalence preferred
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of housekeeping and hotel policies
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to understand instructions and report maintenance or security concerns
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English (preferred)
