Job Summary
Provide cleaning and laundry support to ensure spotless, safe guest rooms and uphold brand standards. Deliver Outrageous Hospitality through welcoming guest interactions, timely response to requests, and professional conduct. Clean and service guest rooms per brand and WS standards, restock amenities, and maintain inventory par levels. Follow established procedures for room assignments, safety guidelines (OSHA), and secure handling of keys and guest belongings. Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Desk, and Maintenance to meet deadlines and maintain a positive work environment. Typical duties include cleaning, linen management, stocking supplies, reporting issues, and adhering to schedule flexibility for weekends/holidays. Requires physical mobility, ability to lift at least 35 lbs, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
