Job Summary
Clean rooms as assigned by changing linens, making beds, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms. Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash while replenishing guest amenities and toiletries. Load and organize the cart, store it properly, and handle key returns at the end of each shift. Respond to guest requests, report issues, and follow lost and found procedures. Follow all safety procedures and complete a minimum of 16 room credits per shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, maneuver a 250 lb cart, and work holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests
- Must be able to complete a minimum of 16 room credits
- Ability to push, pull, lift minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to push/maneuver cart of up to 250 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel and stretch
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Free motion of arms, above waist
Desired Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Prior Housekeeping experience
