Job Summary
Clean all guest rooms, change linens, and make beds within assigned time limits while replenishing amenities and supplies. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and thoroughly clean bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets. Polish woodwork and metal fixtures, clean windows and door panels, and empty wastebaskets. Transport trash to disposal areas, sort and distribute linen, and organize cleaning carts and closets. Conduct deep cleaning projects per hotel program and clean hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells as needed. Report maintenance issues and lost items, ensuring rooms are not released until repairs are addressed. Follow emergency procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining a neat appearance and working independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Must have excellent customer relations skills
