Job Summary
Clean and service guest rooms to brand and quality standards by replacing linens, towels, and amenities while vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing touchpoints. Respond promptly to guest requests, report maintenance concerns, and assist with special cleaning projects and room preparations. Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure rooms are guest-ready. Maintain a flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
Desired Qualifications
- One year of housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
