Room Attendant

Perform housekeeping duties to ensure guest rooms are clean, fresh, and welcoming according to hotel procedures and brand standards. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, maintaining the room attendant cart and replenishing supplies, following safety procedures and using protective equipment, responding promptly to housekeeping requests from guests or management, updating supervisors on progress, coordinating with other departments to ensure quality service, and assisting with deep cleaning projects as needed. Must be able to move objects up to 25 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to safety and accuracy; inclusive attitude with accommodations available on request.
