Room Attendant (In-Country H-2B)

Clean assigned guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to resort standards and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Make beds with clean linens, replace towels and amenities daily, and dust all furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard surface flooring, and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and countertops. Remove trash, replenish guest supplies, and clean mirrors, windows, doors, and glass surfaces. Remove used dishes and trays, inspect closets for hangers and laundry bags, and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors. Respond promptly to guest requests, maintain housekeeping carts with required supplies, and safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. Safely manage assigned keys, return lost and found items to Housekeeping, update room status, and participate in deep cleaning projects as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and attend required departmental meetings and training sessions.
