Provide housekeeping by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression; maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, follow safety protocols, respect guest privacy and security, report maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with team to deliver a flawless hospitality experience; communicate warmly with guests and colleagues, manage time efficiently, and perform physical tasks including navigating between rooms via stairs and hallways; flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays; reliable transportation required.
