Job Summary
Provide high-quality housekeeping by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing amenities, stocking linens/towels/toiletries, and reporting deficiencies. Perform deep cleaning tasks (e.g., shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, sanitizing bathrooms) as needed. Greet guests courteously, respond to requests, and assist with guest information to enhance their stay. Communicate status and guest preferences to teammates and supervisors, and collaborate with room attendants and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies, report hazards or incidents promptly, and maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
