Job Summary
Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting, replenishing amenities, stocking linens and towels, and performing deep cleaning as needed. Provides high-level customer service, greets guests courteously, handles guest requests, communicates with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow, and adheres to safety and environmental regulations. Must work with housekeeping team to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Rate of Pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour. Skills include effective communication, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and maintaining composure under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
