Requires professional, friendly guest interactions, adherence to policies and standards, and organization to prioritize tasks. High School Diploma or at least one year of related experience is required; prior hotel-related or customer service experience is desirable. Must be team oriented, empathetic, and proactive in completing assigned duties.
