Job Summary
Clean guest rooms and public areas by making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and restocking supplies with correct chemicals per OSHA standards. Remove trash, debris, and foreign particles from furniture and fixtures while ensuring bathrooms are fully stocked. Report maintenance issues and lost items to supervisors, then return and restock the linen cart at shift's end. Anticipate guest needs by promptly responding to service requests and maintaining organization in assigned zones including hallways and foyers. Prioritize tasks with limited supervision while adhering to safety protocols, 4 Keys service standards, and attendance policies. Work flexible shifts requiring physical effort to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend or kneel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months experience in housekeeping or relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational
- Must have the ability to push, pull bend, squat and lift on a regular basis up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
