Job Summary
Room Attendant/Housekeeper responsible for overall cleanliness of rooms/suites to Five Star standards; duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linen and amenities, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to safety and security procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior cleaning experience preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and operate cleaning equipment; strong English communication and neat appearance. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year cleaning experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
