Room Attendant - Housekeeper

Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming within the allotted time frame. Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and polish furniture and fixtures while dusting walls and equipment. Greet guests warmly upon interaction and notify managers of any repair needs. Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy and practice safe work habits using protective equipment. Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods, while monitoring guest satisfaction scores. Requires previous housekeeping experience, high school diploma, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
