Room Attendant - Housekeeper

Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming within the allotted time frame. Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and polish furniture and fixtures while dusting walls and equipment. Greet guests warmly upon interaction and notify managers of any repair needs. Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy. Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods. Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. Ensure overall guest satisfaction by monitoring scores and working toward increasing departmental ratings.
