Job Summary
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming within the allotted time frame. Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and polish furniture and fixtures while dusting walls and equipment. Greet guests warmly upon interaction and notify managers of any repair needs. Process lost and found items according to policy and practice safe work habits using protective equipment. Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods. Work varying schedules including holidays and weekends, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Equivalent training
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Must be available to work on holidays
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
