Room Attendant - Housekeeper

Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming within the allotted time frame. Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and polish furniture and fixtures while dusting surfaces. Greet guests warmly upon interaction and notify managers of any repair needs. Process lost and found items per policy and adhere to safe work habits, including wearing protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards. Perform additional housekeeping or lobby duties during peak periods or staffing shortages. Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction scores to drive departmental improvements.
