Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas by thoroughly cleaning, restocking supplies, and replacing linens per shift standards. Conduct deep cleaning activities including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or furniture as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linen, then approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Adhere to DM Hotel Management standards for safety, security, and personal grooming while maintaining regular attendance. Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor, including disassembling furniture or rehang doors. This role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
