Job Summary

Conduct daily room cleaning duties including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning. Maintain organized supplier carts, replenish supplies, and update records for all cleaned rooms. Guide guests, answer questions, and communicate discrepancies, late check-outs, and do not disturb signs to the office team. Participate in deep cleaning projects, assist with public area cleaning, and set up workstations for the next shift. Report faulty equipment, linen shortages, and safety hazards immediately to your supervisor. Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety, sanitation, and security policies while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience in luxury environment
Knowledge of housekeeping
Excellent communication and organizational skills
