Job Summary
Room Attendant responsible for the overall cleanliness of hotel rooms in accordance with brand and IHM standards. Duties include changing sheets and towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and reconfiguring rooms after guest checkout; notify supervisors of damages or disturbances; maintain guest readiness and deliver high-quality guest service. Requires motivation, initiative, problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to work with guests; physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds; schedule varies with occupancy.
