Job Summary
Clean and prepare guest rooms for overnight guests by picking up trash, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms, and sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting spaces. Retrieve, stock, and store the housekeeping cart while cleaning windows and mirrors. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, report damage or mechanical problems, and turn in found items with documentation. Participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned. Maintain safety and security by following rules and assisting in emergency situations. Complete tasks within prescribed timeframes while communicating effectively with guests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully complete tasks in prescribed timeframe
- Ability to work alone to clean all zones of the guest room/suite with an even temperament
- Effectively communicate with our guests
- Good eye for detail
