Job Summary
Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards while replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies as required. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly, ensuring carts and supply areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Greet guests warmly in hallways or public areas and respond quickly to requests, reporting lost and found items immediately per policy. This role requires bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Adhere to hotel uniform and grooming standards while contributing to the mission to Soar to Success by providing guests with the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
