Job Summary
Room Attendant needed to clean and service guest rooms to Hilton brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, replenishing towels and amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing areas, inspecting rooms for cleanliness and safety, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with deep cleaning and special projects. Must follow safety and infection-control procedures, maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, respond to guest requests, and adhere to brand policies to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
