Job Summary
Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards, removing all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways. Complete pre-cleaning duties including setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies and linen, restock the cart, and replenish chemical bottles. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed. Report missing items and maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager, and handle "Lost and Found" items per standards. Ensure overall guest satisfaction while maintaining an attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Located at Residence Inn Lynnwood, this hourly role requires standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
