Room Attendant

Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities. Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are properly stocked, report deficiencies to the supervisor, and perform deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets and sanitizing fixtures. Greet guests courteously, respond promptly to requests, and report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately. Collaborate with supervisors and staff to coordinate housekeeping services, communicate room status and guest preferences, and follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
