Job Summary
Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities. Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are properly stocked, report deficiencies to the supervisor, and perform deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets and sanitizing fixtures. Greet guests courteously, respond promptly to requests, and relay maintenance issues or special requests to the appropriate departments. Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff, supervisors, and other hotel employees to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding room status and guest preferences. Follow all safety protocols and regulations, reporting hazards or incidents immediately to mitigate risks. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
