Job Summary
Perform daily maid service following Standard Operating Procedures, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting wooden surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities. Return guest room items to designated locations and tidy personal belongings. Respond to special requests such as emergency cleanups, provide additional amenities, and communicate with guests regarding directions and facility descriptions. Maintain a neat appearance, organize tasks, and work harmoniously with co-workers while handling pressure and deadlines. Available Sunday through Saturday and all holidays. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One year consecutive work history showing dependability and commitment to the job
- Satisfactory performance and attendance with 5 or less absences per year
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to quickly solve and respond to problems
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be flexible
- Must have a neat and clean appearance
- Must be able to perform all phases of cleaning
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Must be able to organize and plan tasks
- Must be able to work harmoniously with co-workers
- Must feel comfortable working around guests and their belongings
- Must be available Sunday – Saturday & all holidays
