Job Summary
Clean assigned guest rooms according to company standards, including changing bed linens, replacing towels, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and removing garbage. Ensure corridors, housekeeping closets, and public areas meet cleaning requirements while documenting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items. Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies, report deficiencies to management, and stay health and safety conscious. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management. Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry linens or housekeeping supplies (up to 30 pounds)
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout shift
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Effective communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience or Housekeeping Certificate is an asset
- High standards of cleanliness
- Proven guest service ability with an attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team with autonomy
