Job Summary
Clean all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to resort standards and housekeeping checklists. Remove used linens, towels, and supplies while replacing them with new items. Vacuum, mop, wash, dispose of trash, dust, polish, and scrub as needed. Maintain work carts and uniforms, and communicate effectively with guests and supervisors. Stay informed on emergency procedures, security issues, and equipment locations. Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Requires ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for up to eight hours, with lifting capabilities up to 25 pounds. Must pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of related experience
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing, background check, physical examination and drug screening test
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Clear vision (close, distant and depth perception) is needed for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry (time share preferred)
- Fluency in English is preferred
