Job Summary
Clean all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas in accordance with resort standards, removing used linens and replacing them with new items. Vacuum, mop, wash, dispose of trash, dust, polish, and scrub as needed while maintaining work carts and stations. Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and associates while staying informed on emergency procedures and security issues. Perform special projects as assigned by the Supervisor and maintain professional uniforms and nametags. Work various shifts including weekends and holidays, standing or walking up to eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of related experience
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing, background check, physical examination and drug screening test
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Clear vision (close, distant and depth perception) is needed for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry (time share preferred)
- Fluency in English is preferred
