Room Attendant-Full Time

Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned guestrooms to a high standard of cleanliness, including replacing linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom sanitization. Notify Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering for maintenance and repairs; respond promptly to guest requests and communicate clearly with guests. Enter rooms by knocking and announcing “Housekeeping” with courtesy and privacy in mind. Report discrepancies, keep rooms ready for turnover, restock the housekeeping cart, and hand over keys and cart at shift end. Ensure guest comfort and strive for exceptional hospitality during each stay, including handling rollaway beds and maintaining orderly spaces around the room.
