Room Attendant

Clean assigned guest rooms, corridors, floor public areas, and pantries, including handling late checkouts and guest services. Verify room conditions and equipment functionality, reporting repairs to the supervisor and updating the HR Coordinator on discrepancies. Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services to answer guest inquiries while performing all duties in a timely and efficient manner. Execute other functions as designed by the immediate superior. A high school graduate with one year of experience is required, with immediate availability in Clark, Pampanga.
