Room Attendant

Room Attendant responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and the organization of supplies, delivering excellent guest service in a courteous, professional manner in accordance with LBA standards. Duties include cleaning vacant and occupied rooms to brand standards, handling linens and supplies, ensuring sanitation and safety, and communicating effectively with guests and associates. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull 60 pounds unassisted, stand for long periods, and work as part of a team or independently. Requires ability to learn/use computer systems (Quore, Hotel Effectiveness) and to maintain guest privacy. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping experience is preferred. This is an on-site position at the Chattanooga, TN location with no remote work option.
